At Broadway Park we specialize in large, full 1 acre private paddocks for each horse. Paddocks have electric fencing, auto water, shelter, horsey neighbors and GRASS! Our facilities include : undercover tie up, horse wash, feed storage, round yard, brand new huge 30 X 55 m all weather fenced arena and our even newer 60 X 22 m Indoor arena (Completion date estimated September 2012) 

Your horses new home is a quiet 5 min walk to the lovely Warburton Trail ... with no highways to cross to get there. 
At BPE we won't be analyzing your every move with your equine friend, but we do have an NCAS EA Coach in residence if you'd like the convenience of lessons without travelling.
